PDT is playing a key role in bringing health and well-being to the residents of North Paddington. Alongside all socially and economically deprived neighbourhoods, the residents of North Paddington live shorter lives than their more affluent neighbours.

Working with NHS Westminster and the local Primary Care Trust, PDT is delivering a programme of health outreach initiatives, helping local people to improve their own health and enabling local residents to access services.
