The fantastic achievements and commitment of PDT’s Community, Maternity and Junior Champions were celebrated at Hammersmith Town Hall last week.
Three hundred people attended the Community Champions Annual Conference and Champions from Queens Park, Church Street and Westbourne were among those receiving training certificates and special awards for their commitment to the project. Making a star appearance this year were the Mozart Junior Community Champions who wowed the audience with their clear presentations and tips on being healthy.

Randa Eid –A champion with great communication skills, especially with the elderly.
Ipi Uddin – A champion with great skills in team work.
Alfrena Barbe – Longest standing Westminster Community/ Maternity Champion
Nazha Elmourni – A very determined and courageous champion
Esther Wilson – A champion who shows great leadership skills
Najat El-Hasnoui – A champion with great communication skills
Hyacinth Cato – Most Dedicated champion
Barrington Samuel – Most Resilient champion
