Winter Work Readiness Winter Workshops
With two employment programmes, PDT Employment provides support to local people who are looking for employment, training, or education in West and Central London. We are based out of The Stowe Community Centre, which is located in the heart of north Paddington. Below you will find workshops throughout December getting you ready and motivated for the coming new year 2026!
- 02/12/25 11:00 Face Your Fears – A session centred around common fears, confidence, self-sabotage, decision making and fulfillment
- 04/12/25 11:00 Ready, Set, Return – A session on back to work goal setting and prospective letter writing to employers
- 09/12/25 11:00 Quality CV’s – A session on how to comprise a CV fit for ‘ATS’ electronic application systems
- 10/12/25 11:00 Questions: STAR vs CARL – A session focused on answering competency based applications and interview questions using the STAR and CARL techniques.
- 11/12/25 11:00 Salaries & Pensions – A session helping you to understand your salary breakdown and pension entitlement
- 16 /12/25 11:00 Navigating Interviews – A session on how to get from start to finish of an interview process including preparation
