Westbourne Forum exists to promote and improve the social, economic and environmental wellbeing of Westbourne and to influence planning and development of the neighbourhood.
The Westbourne Forum has served Westbourne for 12 years
People from across different parts of the ward have engaged with each other on common issues and in building a stronger sense of community, including organising the annual Westbourne Summer Festival. Under the Localism Act 2012, local communities are encouraged to have a Forum designated by the local Council, to enter into dialogue with the Council, particularly for matters of local planning.
Westbourne Forum gained its’ designation from Westminster City Council in 2015.

Church Street Forum
The Church Street Ward Neighbourhood Forum (CSWNF) is an association of Church Street Ward residents, businesses and local organisations. It is the designated body to draw up a Neighbourhood Development Plan for the Church Street ward.
CSWNF’s status was approved by Westminster City Council in July 2014. We are making use of the Neighbourhood Planning powers given to local communities by the Localism Act (2011) to develop a shared vision and deliver the sustainable development best suited to their respective areas. We also generally advocate in all community, business, public realm and housing matters that are Church-Street-related.
