Poetry on the Square

A Black History Month poetry and storytelling series delivered by the Harrow Road Champions Project in collaboration with Westminster City Council at Maida Hill Market.

The programme celebrates the theme of Honouring Our Communities by bringing residents together to share stories, reflect on their roots, celebrate cultural heritage, and connect across generations through poetry, conversation, music, and creativity.

While the series celebrates and honours Black communities and their contributions as part of Black History Month, everyone is welcome to attend, participate, learn and share their own stories and experiences.
