Help shape a new community heritage exhibition exploring the stories and connections behind architectural traditions from the Middle East, North Africa and Europe.
Memories of Place: A Community Exploration is a new heritage project exploring how memories of home, architecture and places of belonging can create new connections with St Mary Magdalene’s.
Grand Junction are looking for volunteers to join the Community Curatorial Panel and work with Grand Junction, the Iraqi Community Association, Shubbak Festival and local residents to shape a public exhibition bringing together findings from historical research, and community memories.
This programme is open to all, with Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) communities particularly encouraged to join and share their knowledge, experiences and perspectives.
