Baby Massage

Baby massage is something that the PDT Westbourne Maternity Champions are completely qualified and trained in. You will learn massage techniques in this course that can improve your baby’s quality of sleep, deepen your relationship with them, and promote their and your own welfare. Additionally, it’s a fantastic chance to network with other parents in the area.
In order to help you on your parenting journey, the team can also refer you to various nearby agencies and classes and offer breastfeeding assistance.
