Employee volunteers ran mock interviews and a wellbeing session to help local women prepare for reentering the workforce on International Women’s Day.
Volunteers helped local women prepare for re-entering the job market through mock interviews and a wellbeing session in celebration of International Women’s Day. Nine women were supported by L’Occitane en Provence and voco London Marylebone.
PDT Employment delivered the activity as part of its SWEET Programme – Supporting Women into Employment, Enterprise & Training – which provides individual mentoring, practical training, and childcare support. The programme helps women, particularly from minority ethnic backgrounds, overcome barriers to work.
