As we mark the retirement of our extraordinary CEO, we take this moment to celebrate his remarkable 28 years of service, dedication, and passion for community development in North Paddington.
Throughout his tenure, he led with vision, integrity, and a deep commitment to creating positive change. Under his leadership, hundreds of millions of pounds was leveraged into the community with well over 200 impactful projects successfully delivered, each one leaving a lasting footprint in the lives of local people and the landscape of our communities.
His achievements include the successful delivery of major capital projects such as Westbourne Studios, Great Western Studios, and the redevelopment of the Stowe Centre. He was a driving force behind the formation of Neighbourhood Renewal Forums across North Paddington and Church Street, equipping local residents through building relationships with local community organisations to have a stronger voice in shaping their future.
He played a key role in the creation of the first-ever London Parish Council in Queen’s Park, and championed initiatives like the refurbishment of shop frontages along Harrow Road, helping to breathe new life into our local high streets.
These are a few ways in which his work has not only revitalised physical spaces but empowered countless individuals, strengthened community networks, and inspired a culture of collaboration and local pride.
As he steps into retirement, we honour his extraordinary legacy and thank him for nearly three decades of tireless service. His impact will be felt for many years to come, and his vision will continue to guide the work we do.
