Heritage and Volunteer Manager (Full time)
Grand Junction are looking for a passionate and skilled person to join their Grand Junction team to lead the Heritage and Volunteer programmes.
Grand Junction has an active heritage program run in collaboration with the local community and volunteers.
There are also roles available for volunteers in the areas of event stewarding, visitor experiences, heritage tour guides, administration, marketing, and research. As a volunteer manager, you are responsible for creating a successful volunteering program. By working with volunteers and the local community, you will create an eclectic, high-quality heritage offer suited to the needs of the local community and wider audiences.
Your particular focus will be on the You Are Here project, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The project focuses on the creation of digital outputs to explore the heritage of local community groups, alongside that of our Grade I Listed building and local area.
