Church Street and Mozart Community Champions Project Leaders

We are looking for a friendly person with outstanding relationship building and organisational skills, a passion for health and wellbeing and for supporting and empowering others to run our Community and Maternity Champions project in Church Street ward

  • Title: Church Street CommunityChampions Project Leader
  • Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
  • Salary: £32,000 – £33,500 per annum depending on skills and experience
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Annual leave: 25 days per year + bank holidays
  • Reports to: Head of Health and Climate
  • Location: Neighbourhood Center, Penfold Street with regular outreach in the community

Community and Maternity Champions are local people who volunteer their time to connect local communities and residents with local services and support them to improve their health and wellbeing. Through supporting the recruitment and coordination of a dedicated team of local volunteers, the Project Leader will respond to local needs though public health campaigns, events, activities and training.

Mozart Community Champions Project Leade

We are looking for a friendly person with outstanding relationship building and organisational skills, a passion for health and wellbeing and for supporting and empowering others to run our Community and Maternity Champions project in the Mozart Estate area.

  • Title: The Mozart Community Champions Project Leader 
  • Hours: Full time (35 hours per week) 
  • Salary: £32k – £33,500 per annum depending on skills and experience 
  • Contract type: Fixed term 3-year contract with potential to extend
  • Annual leave: 25 days per year + bank holidays 
  • Reports to: Head of Health and Climate
  • Location: Beethoven Center, Queens Park with regular outreach in the Mozart area.
