Climate change and nature protection are at the heart of Great Big Green Week, the UK’s biggest celebration of community action.
Each year, people unite to take action to protect the planet. The nation celebrates the heartfelt, brave, everyday actions being taken by tens of thousands of people to fight climate change and stand up for nature and fight.
During Great Big Green Week, a variety of events are held. Communities are going to celebrate swaps in 2024—from book or clothing exchanges to knowledge exchanges on debate panels or in wildlife reserves, as well as skill exchanges in allotments or upcycling workshops.
Great Big Green Week 2024 will take place between 8th and 16th June.
